Ricco Foods has told their employees their jobs are safe.
It provided a big sense of relief, says Chas Anderson, when owner Don Windsor sent a message reassuring no one would be laid off as a result of COVID-19.
The company, he says, is taking things one step at a time.
Anderson said employees weren’t sure which direction Ricco Foods would go as the pandemic wages on, and are encouraged to work if they can, and stay home if they should.
