Ricco Foods as teamed up with McDonald’s Strathroy to donate Big Mac coupons to grocery store workers and truck drivers in town. That’ll amount to over 1,000 meals. Ricco Foods owner Don Windsor thanked McDonald’s Strathroy for the partnership, and says there’s a simple reason why they wanted to do this.
The recipients include workers from The Real Canadian Superstore Strathroy, Food Basics, Gray Ridge and Sons eggs, Burnbrae Eggs, and more. Windsor says Ricco Foods they’re here for their customers, and haven’t laid any employees off due to COVID-19.
