News from the realty section of Middlesex County as the historic former courthouses’ sale has been finalized for a price tag of $36 million to York Developments, which also comes with the former health unit building at 50 King Street London according to County CAO Bill Rayburn.
Also, Middlesex County is nearing a closure on a $6-million sale of the Strathmere Lands, a piece of vacant property in the west end of Strathroy. The buyer is Van Bree Enterprises and the property itself is slated for development insuring the continued growth of Strathroy-Caradoc itself and the bordering Adelaide Metcalfe Township.
