
Counterfeit money going around in town. On January 16th, Strathroy-Caradoc Police arrested a 34-year-old man in relation to Fraud Under $5000 at the Caradoc Street Tim Hortons. The man was arrested for using a fraudulent, counterfeit $100 American currency bill. The currency had pink coloured Kanji characters on the bill. Police are sharing this information to alert local businesses so they are aware of this new counterfeit money being used in town. Anyone with information is asked to call the Strathroy-Caradoc Police or Crime Stoppers.
