Seunghoon Chang, owner and chef at Strathroy’s new restaurant, Kitano Sushi Express, which has been open for just over a month expressed he is feeling very happy with the reception the restaurant is getting in the community. He also added that while it’s only sushi in Strathroy as of now, if you’re ever in Sarnia, look out for his other location with a much more extensive menu.
