Strathroy-Caradoc Police have received many calls regarding people trespassing to toboggan on the hill known as “Delaware Hill” located at Longwoods Road at Gibson Road. This property is private property and as a result anyone found on the hill could be charged with Trespassing. This activity puts a lot of civil liability on the property owner. Police know that this is the time of year families want to get out and enjoy the snow. There are many safe public hills that can still be utilized for this fun activity also Boler Mountain and other tubing hills are now opening up as well.
