The Creekside Meadows Subdivision located south of Second Street and east of Thorn Drive in Strathroy is moving forward after Strathroy-Caradoc Council approved the removal of a Holding Zone designation to allow for building of the new subdivision. There will also be two new streets names added being Briscoe and Kemp Crescents which Director of Building and Planning Jennifer Huff says were approved from a current municipality list.
The subdivision will house 43 single detached dwelling lots and will incorporate the extension of Thorn Drive to the East. The lands are to be connected to full municipal services. Click the following links to find out more about the 2 veterans selected for street names.
