Catalent Pharma Solutions Strathroy and Windsor locations joined together over the past year in a fundraiser for SickKids Hospital. With an original goal of $50,000 the company passed it in less than 12 months, so now they are going big and aiming to hit $100,000.
Karen Lincoln, Director of Human Resources says they have done fundraising efforts in the past for more local causes, but they decided to fundraise for SickKids because of some staff’s personal experience.
On top of fundraising, they also created personal care packages for families who may need to stay overnight, individual craft kits, and more. Lincoln added that they are very touched by everything the staff did, and donated, even during hard times like the pandemic.
