Country Terrace in Komoka has started construction on their newest project including an addition, and more renovations as they performed a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday. The $32 million project will be partially funded by the Ontario Government, though there is no set amount at the time of the announcement that they will be providing. President and CEO of OMNI Health Care Patrick McCarthy said that this project will take until around 2024 to be fully completed.
Mayor of Middlesex Center Aina DeViet said that this project will benefit the community in many ways, as not only will it accommodate more of the seniors in the area, but it will also provide job and volunteer opportunities for people in the community.
