Delays, and even more delays continue in the Nathaniel McLellan case due to what’s said to be not enough disclosure to the defense. Thursday in court in London the lawyer for Strathroy’s Meggin Van Hoof who has been charged with manslaughter in the toddler’s 2015 death said she’s still waiting for a large amount of disclosure from the Crown attorneys, this now being 7 months after Van Hoof was charged. The matter was adjourned to February 24th.
