Lambton-Kent-Middlesex MP Lianne Rood, has been appointed to the Conservative Parliamentary Leadership Team as the Deputy Whip and Co-Chair
of Question Period planning. Rood said in a statement last week, “I am honoured to serve as part of this Conservative Leadership Team and I would like to thank our Leader the Honourable Candice Bergen, for this opportunity.”
MP Rood was first elected in 2019 and has held the roles of Shadow Minister for Rural Economic Development and Rural Broadband Strategy, Shadow Minister for Agriculture and Agri-Food and Deputy Shadow Minister for Agriculture and Agri-Food.
