Mount Brydges residents are invited by 1960726 Ontario Inc. to attend a virtual neighborhood open house tonight to learn more about a proposed draft plan of subdivision to build 51 new lots for single detached residences.
This is proposed for the lands legally known as CON 2 PT LOT 17 RP 34R2185 PARTS 1 TO 3 & PART 4 near Lioness Park and directly north of the Edgewood Phase I subdivision. Lot frontage in the proposed residential development will generally be in the range of 13 to 16 (approximately 40 to 50ft). The proposed development is planned to connect to John Street, have connections to the woodlands west of the site, and looping walkable streets connecting the Phase I development and future residential development to the west.
The Subdivision and any applications also require a statutory Public Meeting to be held by Strathroy-Caradoc Council, which will occur at a later date once the applicant has an opportunity to review and address comments received during the Open House, from municipal staff and other agencies.
