The Art Group Strathroy-Caradoc’s first Spring Show and Sale since the pandemic is this Thursday (March 31st, 2022). The show will be held at the Strathroy library Museum (34 Frank Street). Admission is free. The show will go on for the month of April and will be open during regular museum hours.
Patti Keeler, Secretary and acting treasurer of the group, says “Prior to the pandemic, we had actually had a show in the museum area in November. We haven’t been able to have it so we took the opportunity to get a month that was available.”
Keeler adds funds raised during the show will be used moving forward to benefit the gallery and in appreciation of the community support.
The show will feature a variety of art mediums including; water colour, acrylic, pencil drawings, graphite drawings, fiber work, textiles, paper art, paper quilling, wood work, custom knives and leather work. The Art Group invites everyone to come out and meet the artists.
