The Downtown Strathroy Farmers Market is set for its season opener this weekend, as it will begin with a night market Saturday from 4pm to 9pm. This will be the only ‘Night Market’, the rest of the markets will take place every Saturday morning from 8am until Noon until September 3rd and will close down the streets of Front and Frank during Market hours. Kait Topham, Booking and Events Coordinator for Strathroy-Caradoc says there are numerous vendors on the roster this year and plenty of activities to take in.
New this year, is that the market will not have rainouts, as the back up plane is to have the market inside the West Middlesex Memorial Centre.
