Summer Camps in Strathroy are open and filling up fast. Paul Lattimore, the Supervisor of Recreation, Programs and Community Liaison for Strathroy-Caradoc says there are tons of programs for kids of all ages.
The day camps run from 7am to 4pm. There is an extended pick up for an additional cost. One of the newest programs is Jr. carpenters. This camp allows youth to build a group project and an individual project with industry professionals. Youth will learn to measure, cut and how to properly use tools. To find out more and to register for the day camps, visit www.strathroy-caradoc.ca and go to the ‘Getting Active’ section.
