myFM caught up with outgoing Strathroy-Caradoc Deputy Mayor Brad Richards who has been in the seat for 12 years, has been in municipal government in some capcity for over 30 years and fell a little short of re-election in Monday’s vote. He says although the election didn’t go the way he wanted it too, he knows that it’s the people’s vote.
And after over 30 years in Municipal Government, Richards does have a little bit of advice for the new council.
Richards tells myFM that moving forward he may write a book about his time in office and he has been doing a lot of public speaking on parkinson’s which he has been dealing with for a few years now.
