Over two years and local Police have now laid charges in a sudden death of a 49-year-old man from July of 2020, where a post mortem examination determined the cause to be a fentanyl overdose. Strathroy-Caradoc police say they were able to identify the individual who provided the deceased with the lethal drug. 49-year-old John Lalonde has been charged with Manslaughter and Causing Death by Criminal Negligence. He is to appear before court in February of next year.
