Middlesex OPP were doing a RIDE program on Centre Road in Adelaide Metcalfe Township Thursday when at about 12:30am, a vehicle tried to skip the program but they were still stopped by police. A breath test was done and the driver did fail it. A 43-year-old from Glencoe was charged with drinking and driving.
