News out of Adelaide Metcalfe Township and approval has occurred for the Grogast subdivision increase in size by double following positive water testing results showing no negative affects on residential water wells.
No concerns was also the response from the St. Clair Conservation Authority who advised on the issue. The incoming residential area called Grogast Court will be off of Second Street towards Hickory Drive to develop single-family homes which in January 2018 was approved with conditions.
A return to the county by the developer for approval doesn’t need to happen this time thanks to a part lot control exemption passed by council.
