This week at Strathroy-Caradoc Council, they approved a By-law to enter into a condominium agreement for Strathroy’s south end of town bringing more residential to the area. The agreement now allows for the construction of 40 residential condominium units at 50 Carroll Street West in Strathroy, across from Mary Wright public school, including the construction of a public right of way, to be named Swales Avenue off of Carroll Street. The site was granted site plan approval on April 5th, 2023 and construction of services is currently underway.
