Peterborough’s Rapid Access Addiction Medicine clinic is on the move, relocating to a new downtown location.
As of Wednesday, the clinic, which provides counseling and medication for those experiencing withdrawal from opioid use, alcohol and other substances, will operate at the location of a new pharmacy soon to open at 432 George Street North.
Staffed by physicians and registered nurses, an appointment isn’t required.
The clinic is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m.
