A youth has been charged in a North Middlesex mischief case. On Sunday, OPP received a call reporting a disturbance at a residence on New Ontario Road.
In response to this report, law enforcement took a 15-year-old individual into custody without any significant incident. The young person was formally charged with a single count of Mischief Under $5,000, as specified under the Criminal Code. It is important to note that the identity of the youth is safeguarded under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
