Strathroy-Caradoc is doing something a little different leading up to Remembrance Day 2024. Booking and Events Coordinator, Kait Topham say this past Saturday November 11th, they officially launched the ‘Poppy Project’.
Handmade poppies can be dropped off at museum Strathroy-Caradoc, as well as the Municipal building. The idea to do the Poppy Project started when Topham saw other locations do something similar. If you are interested in making a poppy for the project but don’t know how to knit or crochet, the museum will be hosting workshops to teach people how to make the poppies.
