Strathroy-Caradoc Police are investigating a theft from the Canadian Tire around 1:30pm December 16th. The suspect stole a Lincoln Electric 210 Welder valued at $3,600. The suspect is described as a male, wearing a mask and glasses, a white HH (Helly Hansen) zip up coat with blue jean, black boots and a dark coloured toque.
