It’s almost Christmas day, where many people will be tearing into presents to see what Santa left behind. While this day is filled with the Christmas spirit, OPP wants you to plan ahead for the days following Christmas for those who may not be as festive.
That was Constable Andrew Gamble, who understands that days following Christmas have a lot of people kicking their feet up and relaxing, but taking a few extra minutes when it comes to recycling could go a long way.
With that, Gamble understands that for many, the gift purchasing season doesn’t end on the 25th with Boxing day deals. If you are getting items shipped to your door, porch pirates are not taking a break between Christmas and New Year.
OPP will be working all season long. If a package should be stolen, or you suspect a break and enter – don’t hesitate to contact the authorities.
