Strathroy-Caradoc is currently open for applications through the Community Improvement Plan, formerly the Facade Improvement Program. This initiative comprises 10 financial incentive programs designed to motivate property and building owners to embark on improvement projects that align with the plan’s goals and vision. These projects encompass beautification, heritage preservation, urban or rural economic development, intensification and redevelopment, attainable housing, and more.
