Strathroy-Caradoc Council has greenlit the commencement of recruitment for 2024 seasonal positions, based on an approved recommendation. This early start in January significantly boosts the Municipality’s ability to attract top-notch candidates for seasonal roles. With Council currently working on the 2024 budget, this approval empowers the Municipality’s Human Resources Department to proactively hire seasonal staff before the final budget gets the nod. As per the staff recommendation, the 2024 seasonal positions list is designed to maintain the 2023 service levels provided to the community.
