It will integrate cutting-edge egg grading, automation, food safety, and environmental technologies, furthering our vision to lead in sustainable egg production, grading, and processing. This investment marks a pivotal moment in the Canadian egg grading sector, yielding substantial benefits for stakeholders and the economy, while ensuring Canada’s domestic processing capacity aligns with projected graded egg demand.”
