Salthaven Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Centre is holding their Second Annual Bottle Drive Fundraiser! They will be collecting empties (beer and liquor, bottles and cans) from March 1st until April 30th. At the Middlesex County Library in Ilderton and Strathroy there will be a Free drop-in program for families with children 0-6 years old from 9am-11am today. Each Play & Learn program will offer a play-based learning opportunity in one of the indoor library program spaces. Activities planned by EarlyON facilitators encourage positive parent and child interaction and inspire play and learning!
There will also be a Baby Time Program from 1-3pm at the Ilderton and Strathroy Libraries. Each Baby Time program will offer a play-based learning opportunity in one of the indoor library play spaces. They offer a circle time (songs & stories) as part of the program. Tonight get ready for Stitchers’ Corner at the Parkhill Library. Bring your own knitting or crochet project and enjoy socializing with other stitchers while you work, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.

Join the VON SMART Exercise program tomorrow from 9:30am-10:30am. This is a free program for people aged 55 and older or for adults living with a disability. For more information about the program call 519-659-2273 ext. 22267.

On Thursday get ready for Melbourne Service Groups Easter Bingo starting at 7:30pm! Hosted by all of Melbourne Service Groups Melbourne Agricultural Society, Melbourne Legion, Melbourne Lions, Melbourne Oddfellows, and Melbourne Masons. Proceeds raised in support of local charities. Price 1 card 50 cents 3 for $1 30 games for $30

Both the Mount Brydges Bulldogs and the North Middlesex Stars are in action as they face off against each other in the Junior C PJHL Yeck Conference Semifinals tonight. Puck drop is set for 8:30pm in North Middlesex.
If you feel you have what it takes to play with the Strathroy Rockets, fill out a Prospect Form on their website as they are looking for new players to join them on the ice next season.
