Strathroy-Caradoc Council has approved holding two upcoming Council meetings away from town hall and at the Caradoc Community Centre in Mount Brydges as an alternative venue. These meetings are set for Monday, May 6, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. and Monday, July 15, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The issue was brought back to council after initial discussion to try and find potential ways to make these meetings available on live stream or zoom were discuss in March.
Since the usual live streaming and Zoom hybrid meeting options provided by the Municipality won’t be available at off-site locations, the Legal & Legislative Services team will collaborate with all departments to ensure that presentations typically featuring a virtual/hybrid participation component are not scheduled on these meeting dates.
