SDCI is excited to announce their spring musical, The Addams Family! The show is a hilarious adventure that celebrates the uniqueness in every household. We had the chance to catch up with two stars from this years production who told us all about the play. Danica Nagy who plays the epitome of darkness, Wednesday Addams, told us about the new spin they have put on the classic tale.
Adding to the turmoil, Wednesday asks her father not to tell her mother about this. Now, Gomez Addams faces the challenge of keeping a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. The family’s dynamics are set to shift dramatically when they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents. A play like this doesn’t come together over night and according to Cooper Emmerton who graces the stage as Gomez says this has been in the works for some time now.
The cast and crew have poured their hearts and souls into creating a memorable experience, making tons of memories perfecting the story and promising a night filled with laughter and enjoyment for all attendees.
As the show’s premiere draws near, anticipation is building, and theater enthusiasts are encouraged to secure their tickets early for what promises to be a fantastic evening of community-driven entertainment and artistic celebration.
