Lambton OPP charged an 18-year-old driver from Parkhill with speeding and operating an unsafe vehicle following a traffic stop on Townsend Line in Arkona at about 12:40 p.m. Tuesday this week.
Although the driver was measured at over 80 km/h in a 50 km/h zone, that wasn’t the most remarkable part – a severely damaged windshield which completely obscured their vision was obvious in a tweet from Lambton OPP.
The vehicle was towed from the scene.
