With the news this week of the passing of well respected physician Dr. David Sanders, the Middlesex Hospital Alliance in particular Strathroy Hospital issued a statement Tuesday stating the MHA is deeply saddened by the unexpected passing of Dr. Sanders, a highly esteemed physician, and their hearts go out to the community and MHA family during this difficult time.
The hospital is currently contacting patients to cancel any appointments with Dr. Sanders at the ambulatory care clinic. As Dr. Sanders operated a private practice within Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, the hospital does not have access to his patient records. Please await further instructions from his office regarding access to your health records.
