‘The 48’: Don’t miss events in Strathroy-Caradoc and area!

Here are the events for Tuesday, October 1:

• Red Scarf Project for HIV/AIDS Awareness – Drop-Off: All day at Coldstream. Knit or crochet a red scarf for AIDS Awareness Week and World AIDS Day. Red yarn and supplies can be picked up at Coldstream Library.
• Play & Learn – Strathroy: A free drop-in program for families with children aged 0-6, from 9:00am to 11:00am.
• Play & Learn – Ilderton: A free drop-in program for families with children aged 0-6, from 9:00am to 11:00am.
• Coldstream Storytime: Join Leslie-Anne for stories, songs, rhymes, and fun at Coldstream from 10:00am to 10:30am. All are welcome.
• Open Spaces Outdoor Adventures – Strathroy Conservation Area: Outdoor play and learning from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Registration is now closed.
• Baby Time Program – Ilderton: Free drop-in for families with children aged 0-12 months, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

• Tech Tuesday – by appointment: Get help with devices or library resources at Mt. Brydges from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. Call 519-264-1061 to book.
• Tech Time – by appointment: Get tech help at Komoka from 3:00pm to 4:00pm. Registration required.
• Start the Music – Strathroy: Celebrate music with singing, playing instruments, and crafts from 4:00pm to 4:45pm. For ages 7-11. Registration required.
• After School Club – Ailsa Craig: Relax with crafts, activities, and trivia after school from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.
• Kool Fun Club – Parkhill: A group for playing tabletop games like D&D from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Ages 13+.
• Bounce Back & Thrive – Virtual: A virtual 10-week resiliency program for caregivers of children under 8, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Registration is closed.
