
myFM has gotten a few answers for Execulink customers who had to deal with several outages last week and the week before. Marketing Manager for Execulink, Nicole Paterson says they recently experienced unexpected service disruptions in the Strathroy and Watford areas. The outages were the result of a faulty cable in their fibre distribution network.
Paterson says they identified and replaced the fibre cable and tested it to ensure stability going forward. They also apologized for the inconvenience.
