A collision has led to charges against a Strathroy driver. On December 22nd OPP were sent to Amiens Road in Middlesex Centre for the report of a collision involving two vehicles. One involved vehicle fled the area prior to police arrival, however, was found not too far from the scene at which time a traffic stop was initiated. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex County OPP detachment. A 34-year-old from Strathroy has been charged.
Another impaired driver taken off the road as on December 23rd, Strathroy-Caradoc Police received a call regarding a motor vehicle collision involving two cars in the parking lot on Adelaide Road. Police discovered the involved at fault driver was impaired by alcohol. No one was injured as a result of the accident. A 61-year-old man from Appin was subsequently placed under arrest and charged.
Driver facing impaired driving charge after traffic complaints called in on Highway 402. The vehicle was found, pulled over and a 37-year-old from Watford was charged.
