If you’re a time-of-use hydro customer, like most Ontarians are, some changes are coming today. It’s the annual adjustment from winter to summer, and Director of Customer Service with Entegrus, Andrya Eagen explains.
On-peak is when you pay the most.
The new mid-peak range is 7am until 11am and 5pm until 7pm and Eagen explains why they do this.
The summer adjustment lasts until Halloween.
