The journey started three years ago, with the acquisition of a golf course in Strathroy’s east end, 18 months ago a new refurbished restaurant that is busy every day, and six months ago, the revamping and facelift of a brand new event centre which opened its doors Friday at Willow Tree Golf Course. We talked with Co-Owner Gus Capista. 
Strathroy-Caradoc Mayor Colin Grantham was on hand for the ribbon cutting and was impressed and please with the commitment to the community by the Capista family.
Capista says the last three years has been a pleasure and their community commitment will continue with pleasure. 
He added the community support means everything to them and it’s the reason they are in the community and continue to stay in the community.
