Tonight, the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc, in partnership with the Strathroy Lions Club, will celebrate the grand opening of the new disc golf course at Centennial Park in Strathroy. Designed to be beginner-friendly, the course welcomes players of all ages and skill levels—from first-timers to seasoned disc golf enthusiasts.
This fun and accessible outdoor activity promotes active living in a welcoming community setting. The project was made possible thanks to the generous support of the Strathroy Lions Club, who funded and coordinated the purchase and installation of baskets and signage with the Municipality.
The course will also host its inaugural tournament during Hometown Festival weekend.
