Another shocker from the London courthouse this (Friday) morning at the sexual assault trial for 5 Canadian former junior hockey players.
A second jury has been discharged, without explanation from the Judge.
But fortunately, the trial will continue by judge alone, sparing the complainant from having to testify for another new jury.
The jury had reportedly sent a note on Thursday saying that multiple jurors were complaining that two lawyers seemed to be whispering and laughing about their appearance as they entered court each day. Both of those lawyers strongly deny the accusations.
