The Strathroy-Caradoc Police once again this summer season are part of the Positive Ticketing Program with Circle K also known as Operation Freeze. Throughout the summer months, Police will be on the lookout for youth making positive choices, being kind, wearing helmets, helping others, or just being great people, and they will be handed a a Positive Ticket for a FREE Froster at Circle K. Since 2007, over 1.5 MILLION of these cool rewards have been given out across Ontario.
