It will be hard for 18-year-old Thiago Savaria to head back to Santa Cruz, Bolivia next month when his time as part of the Strathroy Rotary Club’s Student Exchange program comes to an end. Thiago tells myFM, being from a city of 2.5 million then spending some time in a London highschool, he’s really enjoying the SDCI community.
Thiago says he’s excited to experience an Ontario summer, as the winter was a bit hard on him even though he loved seeing snow. He has really been enjoying the nature here.
Thiago says his whole family has been involved in student exchanges.
Thiago will head back to Bolivia in mid-July.
