They’re ready to celebrate Canada Day in Parkhill with festivities being held one day early.
Economic Development & Communications Coordinator with North Middlesex, Felicia Krista fills us in.
Krista explains why they decided on the Monday.
There is free face painting for the kids, as well as treat bags and prizes, courtesy of the Parkhill Optimist and Damen Optimal Health and Fitness.
Krista says there will also be a nostalgic note to the kids’ games.
People are reminded to bring lawn chairs or a blanket, and washrooms will be available.
Again, everything gets underway at 6pm tomorrow.
