You could be forgiven if you’re a bit confused about fire bans across the region. Some municipalities have complete bans, others have partial ones all due to the very dry conditions.
If you’re doing some camping, the Pinery tells myFM campsite fires are allowed there currently. Trout Haven here in Strathroy is also allowing them, along with Rondeau but they’re currently banned at Port Burwell provincial park.
The best advice is to check ahead with any park you may be going to.
