Traffic congestion in school zones appears to be on the rise, this according to new findings from CAA. Eight in 10 parents report heavy traffic during drop-off and pick-up, which is up from last year. Manager of Government Relations Lauren Fisher says unsafe behaviour from drivers is coming in many forms.
Fisher adds most parents say they support lower speed limits and automated enforcement within school zones.
