Environment Canada says September brought wide weather swings across Ontario.
The month began warm, but an early cold snap set several record low maximum temperatures between September 3rd and 5th.
Things turned around in the third week when Windsor hit 31.3°C, one of the warmest September highs on record.
Rainfall was below average across much of the province.
