One person has died following a collision at the Bluewater Bridge in Point Edward. Emergency crews were called shortly after 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday to a crash in the westbound lanes of Highway 402 at the bridge. The response included officers from the OPP, along with Point Edward Fire and Lambton EMS. A 60-year-old individual from London was pronounced dead at the scene. As a result of the investigation, multiple westbound lanes at the Bluewater Bridge were closed for several hours. All lanes have since reopened.
