The Board of Directors of Entegrus Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Tomo Matesic as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective March 1, 2026.
Mr. Matesic will succeed Jim Hogan, who is retiring after more than 20 years of exceptional leadership and dedicated service to Entegrus and the broader Ontario energy sector.
Since joining Entegrus in 2005, Mr. Matesic has held progressively senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Vice President, Engineering and Operations. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to people, operational excellence, and collaborative partnerships—contributions that have been instrumental in advancing Entegrus’ organizational culture, strategic growth, and long-term sustainability objectives.
