The positive vibes continue to echo from the walls of Strathroy’s Community Kitchen of Hope. Director and Founder TJ Fonville wasn’t just happy with the turnout at a recent volunteer information night, he tells myFM, he was blown away.
So that’s good news for the Kitchen, which currently serves meals to anyone in the community who needs one, three days a week.
Fonville tells us why he thinks so many people want to help at the kitchen.
Meals are served out of First Baptist Church at 20 Centre Street in downtown Strathroy, currently Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting at 6:30pm.
