An investigation is ongoing following a suspicious fire at a business in Adelaide Metcalfe. On February 1, 2026, at approximately 3:04 p.m., Middlesex OPP and members of the Kerwood Fire Department responded to reports of a structure fire at a commercial property on Napperton Road. Police have since determined the fire to be suspicious in nature, and the OPP Crime Unit has taken over the investigation. Damage to the building was reported as minor.
